2014 Organizational Development Grant

The Global Fund for Children (GFC) awards The Sunshine Charity a one-year Organizational Development Grant to strengthen the organization’s systems, structures and policies particularly in the areas of Human Resource (HR) and Monitoring, Learning & Evaluation (ML&E). The numerous workshops conducted for stakeholders support the process significantly to achieve the expected goals. The organization was extremely privileged to have been selected for this grant and appreciated the partnership with GFC which contributed significantly to the organization’s future planning.
