English for Every Child

We thank the Inner Wheel Club of Colombo District 332 for extending support for the Sunshine Charity’s English Language Programme – teaching English to fifty vulnerable children both girls and boys, attending the Sunshine Preschool in Trincomalee for the years 2024 and for 2025.

Whether for local or for overseas employment, speaking English is imperative to improve one’s professional opportunities. Being aware of this, The Sunshine Charity relentlessly pursued providing English language classes for the children attending the Sunshine Preschool. Being fortunate to source teachers who can teach little children the language has helped support the English Language Programme.
